Namaste,
When we moved mypanchang.com to its new look in October, many of you wrote to me: you missed the old month page, the one you had used for years. Thank you for telling me. The old format is back.
It shows the same details as before, in the same order: sunrise, sunset and moonrise, the month and paksha, tithi, nakshatra, yoga and karana with their end times, the Sun and Moon rashi, Rahu Kalam, Yamagandam, Gulikai, Abhijit, Durmuhurtham, Varjyam and Amrit Kalam, with the old 24-hour times. One thing is new: each day's festivals and vratams are listed at the bottom of the box.
How to open the old format
- Open the month page in the old format: mypanchang.com month page, old format
- At the top, choose your city, the month, the year and your language (English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and more), then press Show.
- The month opens in the old boxes. Use January ... December above the calendar to move between months.
- The page remembers your choice, so next time it opens the same way. You can bookmark it.
- For 12-hour times (AM/PM) press 12H; 24+ keeps the old style, where 27:24 means 3:24 the next morning.
If you had bookmarked an old month page (an address like www.mypanchang.com/2026/.../november.html), it now opens in the old format too.
Want more details? Above the calendar you can switch to Full Panchanga, which also shows the Tamil Yogam, Anandadi Yoga, the Ritu, the Shaka and Vikrami years and more. One tap on Classic Grid brings you back to the old format.
For the sankalpa for any day and your city: mypanchang.com/sankalpa
If anything from the old page is still missing for you, please write to me through the website. I read every message.
