Thank you Panditji for the Rasi predictions. If I was born in India and living in USA now then does the USA Panchanga Sravanam applies or does the India Panchanga Sravanam applies?
I see that the Panchanga says Mesha and Aries. Do I need to look at the raasi or do I need to look based on my date of birth?

You should read USA's as you are living in the USA. Its not where you are born but where you currently are.

The Rasi phalitalu is generally has to be seen from three aspects..
1. Moon Rasi.. The rasi in which your moon is. The moon is mind. If you don't know that you can visit this link (rasi and nakshatra link) and it will tell you your rasi and the birth star.
2. The dates mentioned next to rasis. These are the dates for sunsign. The sunsign also plays important role as surya is atma.
3. If you know your jatakam and know your lagna then that rasi. lagna represents self.
Hence for better predictions all three has to be matched. But mainly people use #1. which is based on the moon rasi. If you happen to know your moon rasi use it otherwise use the date.
Thank you Panditji. I am in Mesha Rasi and will look into the Mesha Rasi. One last question. Can you kindly enlighten us on why there would be a difference in the raasi phalalu between India and USA?
There will be difference in Raja, Mantri and predictions based for country. but for yearly predictions of individuals the location wouldn't matter much. Unless you are trying to do daily predictions then location would matter to some extent. hope this helps.
